1. . How are items posted?
All items are posted recorded delivery to ensure they arrive safely.
2. You say you only sell to professionals?
We have a responsibility to ensure that we don’t sell supplies to just anybody. We ask that all first time purchasers provide proof that they are working within a licensed tattoo shop.
3. What forms of payment do you take?
We take paypal payments for all online orders; you may pay with a credit or debit card as well as a paypal account. Sales made in person are cash only.
4. Can I come and look at the machines?
We attend conventions across the UK as well as being based in Soho, central London. So come and see us at a convention near you or call us to arrange to come in to discuss the machine you are after. For info on which conventions we will be attending please follow our instagram @deluxesupplies
5. I’ve snapped a spring, can you help?
Should you have any issues please call us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
6.Do you ship outside of the UK?
We do, however for some items there might be a supplier closer to you that we can recommend.
